WORKSHOP: LEAD FOR IMPACT

Every organization needs leaders in order to achieve the organizational objectives and to meet the challenges of the ever changing global business environment. Hence, it becomes imperative for every organization to invest in leadership development.

Chapter Two’s program Lead for Impact program is designed for first time managers and team managers. It is built around factors that are vital to the success of managers: self-awareness, motivating and managing teams, developing and grooming leaders, influence and conflict resolution, managing change, leading from within and living the organizational values and vision.

It is for those who wish to improve the quality and the sphere of their influence at work, in relationships and in the wider community in which they operate. The program identifies inner stories or dialogues that keep everyday people from turning into leaders, and replaces them with enabling stories.

What is Lead for Impact?

Lead for Impact is for those who wish to improve the quality and the sphere of their influence at work, in relationships and in the wider community in which they operate. The program identifies inner stories or dialogues that keep everyday people from turning into leaders, and replaces them with enabling stories.

Why is it important?

All of us have the potential to be leaders. But if you judge a fish by its ability to lead a group of birds, it will not feel like a leader. You need to enable the fish to understand who it is first and what its story is. Only when they know their personal story, can people do better and create lasting change in the world.

 

Who is it relevant for?

First time managers and Team Managers with over 10 years of experience who wish to

Curriculum

There are 5 modules

  • Leadership fundamentals: Developing leadership skills
  • Motivating and managing self: Build confidence, self-esteem and self-efficacy
  • Managing high performance teams: Taking the team along
  • Developing leaders at all levels: Team building, nurturing and coaching
  • Managing change: Being the change leader
  • Leading with emotional intelligence: Improving self-awareness and self-management
  • Live by values and vision: Walk the talk

What’s the methodology?

  • A combination of lectures, moderator led group discussions, individual and group activities, role playing and video
  • The workshop can be combined with 1:1 personal coaching plan for selected potential leadership candidates
  • The workshop is now available in a virtual format
